Option 2 – 4 days & 3 Nights

Experience 8 days of silence, meditation, devotion, and inner transformation amidst the serene natural beauty of Coimbatore. Surrounded by mountains, sacred temples, and the peaceful atmosphere of an ashram, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with inner stillness and clarity.

The journey also includes visits to spiritually powerful temples and sacred spaces, where participants can meditate, reflect, and deepen their connection with the Divine. Designed for both beginners and sincere spiritual seekers, this retreat is an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and return with greater clarity, balance, devotion, and inner strength.

Who Is This Retreat For?

This retreat is for those who sincerely wish to slow down, spend time in silence, and reconnect with themselves in a peaceful spiritual environment. Whether you are feeling mentally exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, spiritually disconnected, or simply longing for inner clarity and stillness, this journey offers a sacred space to pause, reflect, and heal from within.

Through daily mantra meditation, yoga, Bhagavad Gītā satsanga, sacred silence (Mauna), devotional practices, and visits to powerful temples around Coimbatore, participants are gently guided towards greater peace, awareness, devotion, and inner balance. The retreat is designed not merely as a program, but as a deeply immersive spiritual experience rooted in simplicity, silence, and self-transformation.

Come with an open heart, a willingness to disconnect from distractions, and a sincere longing to turn inward. In the stillness of nature and the vibration of mantra, one slowly begins to rediscover the peace that has always existed within.
